Go to https://www.doctastic.com/sign-in/, then click Sign Up. Enter your email and password, select the type of account you want to register (Doctor or Patient), and then click the Sign Up button.

Go to https://www.doctastic.com/sign-in/, then enter your username or email and password, and click Login.

  1. Sign into your Doctastic account.
  2. Go to the Pricing Plans https://www.doctastic.com/add-practice/
  3. Select the Free Plan
  4. Click Continue(even though it’s free, you still need to “purchase” it to activate).
  5. Once the free plan is active, go to Add Listingin your dashboard.
  6. Fill in your details (doctor’s information, specialty, etc.).
  7. Submit your listing it will be published under the free plan.
  1. Search for Your Profile– Go to the directory and look for your name or practice.
  2. Open the Listing– Click on the listing you want to claim
  3. Click “Verify Now” – You’ll see a button or link to claim ownership.
  4. Submit Verification – Provide the required details (e.g., email, license, or supporting documents) to verify ownership.
  5. Admin Approval – The Doctastic team will review your request.
  6. Manage Your Listing – Once approved, you’ll have full access to edit and update your listing.
  1. Find the Listing – Search for the doctor or practice you want to review.
  2. Open the Profile – Click on the listing to view the details page.
  3. Scroll to Reviews Section – Locate the review form or “Leave a Review” button.
  4. Sign In – Log in to your account (or register if you don’t have one yet).
  5. Write Your Review – Enter your rating (stars) and write your feedback.
  6. Submit – Click Post Review to publish it.
  1. Search for a Doctor – Use the directory to find the doctor you’d like to book with.
  2. Open the Doctor’s Profile –Click on the listing to view details.
  3. Click “Request Appointment” – You’ll find the button on the profile page.
  4. Sign In / Register – Log in to your account or create one if you’re new.
  5. Fill Out the Form –Select your preferred date, time, and add any notes.
  6. Submit Your Request – The doctor will be notified and can confirm your appointment.
  1. Log In– Sign in to your Doctastic account.
  2. Go to Dashboard– Click on My Profile tab.
  3. Scroll to the Bottom– At the bottom of your profile settings, you’ll see the “Delete My Account”
  4. Click Delete My Account– Confirm your choice when prompted.
  5. Account Removed– Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
  1. Log In– Sign in to your Doctastic account.
  2. Go to Dashboard– Click on your profile to open your dashboard.
  3. Select Your Listing– Find the listing you want to upgrade.
  4. Click Upgrade– You’ll see an option to upgrade your plan.
  5. Choose Silver Plan– Select the Silver Plan from the available options.
  6. Proceed to Checkout– Review the details and complete the process (payment, if required).
  7. Confirmation– Once done, your listing will be upgraded to the Silver Plan with its added features.
    1. Log In– Sign in to your Doctastic account.
    2. Go to Dashboard – Click on your profile to access your dashboard.
    3. Edit Listing– Select the doctor’s profile you want to update and click Edit.
    4. Find Medical Groups Section– Scroll down to the Medical Groups
    5. Enter Details– Type the name(s) of the medical group(s) the doctor is affiliated with.
    6. Save Changes– Click Update/Save to apply the changes.
    7. Check Profile– Visit the public profile to confirm the medical groups are displayed correctly.
